Can you disclose information (company name, location, etc.) of the ordering companies?

No. This is because many projects are in the research and development phase, and it is difficult to disclose company names. Usually, this information is disclosed at the meeting request stage.

Who can view the contents of my application?

Only the person in charge of the ordering company and the Linkers office.

Is it fine even if I can only respond to a part of the project?
A.
Even if you respond to only a part of the project, you may be able to move on to the next step. Also, if your relevant technology catches the attention of the ordering company, there may be business opportunities for another project.

How much should I answer in my application?
A.
It does not matter how much you answer as far as it is of interest to the client company. Leaflets and other materials can be attached. If you receive questions that relate to the core of a technology that is difficult to disclose, you may answer that you are unable to disclose it.

Yes. We can relay your questions to the ordering company if you fill in the answer form. Please enter in the comments section.

Can we propose jointly with another company?

We can only disclose project information to the companies that registered to Linkers. If you are considering submitting a joint entry with another company, please contact us in advance.

How long does it take to receive the results?

It depends on the project, but in general, it takes several weeks after the application deadline. However, there are some cases where it may take additional time for internal review by the ordering company.

What if I want to decline due to a change in circumstances after I have answered?

Does the ordering company always meet some candidates?
A.
No. In some cases, such as when a project is discontinued in the middle, meetings may not be held.
